WAVE Parents -
1. WAVE will be switching over to a new texting service called "Celly" on Sunday, April 7. I have given the students an opportunity to sign up for this texting service and I will be using this texting service ONLY starting on April 7. What is "Celly" you might ask? Celly is a unique way of communicating through "cells" of information. Its easier because when I want to send out a message, I dont have to individually select everyone in my phone, I can just text the message to the "cell" and if you are in the "cell," you will receive the message! Here is how to join:
Text @WAVEYOUTH to the number 23559. It will then ask you for a password to join the cell. The password is gracewave. Once you have done this, it will ask you to create a username for the cell. It can be something simple and whatever you want it to be. Example: sethduhs87. Once you have done this, you are in! That is it!
Please try to do this if you would like to receive WAVE Updates and messages on your phone. Also encourage your WAVE student to do this by Sunday, April 7, because this is what I will be using from that point on!
2. Secondly, the new WAVE 2013 t-shirts are in! They are long sleeved and cost $15! Many students have signed up for them but have yet to pick them up! This is just a reminder that you can pick them up whenever! They look cool and are nice and "purply."
Also, dont forget that WAVE is combined tonight for Jr. High and Sr. High starting at 6pm. We will be checking out the Mustard Seed "Bells of Faith" performance in the chapel at 6, followed by Bible Study for both age groups from 7-8pm. Hope to see you there!
